Gears & Grinds Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is outlined below to protect the members of our service. Gears & Grinds collects data only as provided by subscribers. At no time will our subscribers be asked to supply personal data other then a name and email address. It is at our members discretion as to what data they provide. We will ensure that only the staff members necessary will have access to subscriber email addresses. For the purposes of web analysis we do collect statistics of website usage but do not collect user specific data to do so.

The information collected to subscribe to Gears & Grinds is voluntary and only what is required to fulfill the subscription.
- Consent
By subscribing to Gears & Grinds you are providing Gears & Grinds with consent to communicate with you on an irregular schedule via email.
- Limiting collection
Only the information required or provided will be collected.
- Limiting use, disclosure, and retention
Information will only be available to the project lead - Noel Flatters, and the President of Gears & Grinds - Aarron Jackson. If the information provided is to be used in any other format not originally agreed to, the subscribers will be given notice.
- Accuracy
Subscribers will be responsible to commnunicate any changes in their profiles to Gears & Grinds and ensure the information on the service is accurate.
- Safeguards
The accompanying database resides on a secure server hosted by experthost.com. The server, the ftp and the database all have unique passwords to access them.
